Curriculum
What’s inside this course
Through this program, you will be learning how to assess your environmental impacts across three main impact areas. Not all will apply to you, so a great first step is always a self-assessment to establish where you are at and what you need to do to get started. You will find a handy self-assessment in your downloadable workbook. The three main impact areas covered in this course are:
Operations: covers inputs that the company consumes in order to do business (like energy, water and procurement), and outputs like waste generation as well as carbon emissions produced from travel.
Products: covers all aspects of the produced products and services created by the company as part of their offering into the economy. These have significant supply chain and natural resource impacts and should be considered in relation to full life-cycle product stewardship.
Experiences: are the services, culture and customer-facing offerings that the organization creates and fosters both with customers and with employees.

It has been the catalyst to inspire change in ourselves before we set out to change our worlds.”
